Replaced broken ex man stud, now coolant in cylinder causing hydrolock. Can the head be repaired with a compound such as jb weld? What are your suggestions as far as testing and how to proceed with repair?

Remove head and take to machine shop for repair. JB weld would be just plain wrong.

Funny thing is it WAS the dealership that drilled through the head and didn't realize it. They are also the ones who JB welded it and tried to give it back to me. After some further consultation (ahem) with them they replaced the head....All seems to be well now....

Glad it all worked out in the end. Not the way it should have gone but at least you have your truck back.
