I have an 09 Ram 1500. Pass mirror does not defrost. I have a manual, but non of the wire colors match what's coming from the mirror etc. to test the def.
Anyone out there that can help, or that can help me diagnose? Thanks to anyone.

 

there should only be two wires that connect to the mirror... the glass can be popped out.. once popped out there are two wires that connect to the back of the mirror...there are two clips that need to be released with a screw driver before popping the mirror glass out...kind of a pita to see.. but they're in there.. do not just pry on it

once you have the mirror glass out you can use a voltage tester to see if you're getting power.. if you are simply replace the mirror glass.. they run about $35 with the defrost
