I just bought a new 2016 Crew cab. Traded in the '09. Sooooo..... I need to hook up my Escort 9500ix detector. On my 09 I could get to the back and push in the pins on my power cord. This truck however, has the auto high beam block behind the mirror and no connector that is visible. What is the best way to hard wire in the detector? I didn't want to break anything on the first day. LOL. I was looking to see if the front of the mirror came off but it is on pretty tight. Just trying to use the little blend mount cord instead of the long Escort hard wire cord.
