2016 projector headlights ??

Default 2016 projector headlights ??

I am a old fart,I ordered a 2016 dodge 2500 laramie.Can someone explain to me what the projector headlights that came with my truck are verses the regular headlights?Thanks,coobie..

In a nut shell, Projectors allow the use of HID (high intenstity discharge) bulbs which have the proper "cutoff" to prevent blinding oncoming drivers. HID's give much better forward visibility than halogens do when properly installed in projector lenses.

When you get the truck, while setting in your drive way turn on the headlights and cycle through bright and dim. You'll be able to see the effect.
