location of 3rd cylinder on 5.7 ?

location of 3rd cylinder on 5.7 ?

we have a misfire on 3rd cylinder, but are having a hard time getting a picture of where it is, left or right side f the engine, looking at it.

really, we have replaced this cyclinder 2 times and the sparkplugs 2x's. I have tried to get a drawling to make sure.

ok, then on trying to figure out what it is. Any ideas? Runs better at higher RPM's has a vibrating feeling. kinda like a flat tire.

Year? Mileage? Code from check engine light?

it is a 2013, miles are up there about 75, it is our work truck. we are getting a P 303 code. 1500 5.7 liter
