Default Popping behind dash

Ok so I have a 09 ram 1500 and in 2011 I started to hear this popping sound in my dash and under glove boxes. So I took it in to Dodge and they replaced an actuator behind climate controls. Just the other day it starts doing it again, so I did the research and thought it was same problem. I replaced both actuators behind climate controls because there is 2 in there. Pretty simple but the problem is still happening. When I start up my truck it starts popping for awhile and then again like 5 mins later then goes away. Also when I turn on heat or cool then turn up the blower fan it is delayed any where from 5 to 15 mins before it starts blowing hard. Any suggestions on what to do next??

I did some research over the weekend and replaced the 2 behind the stereo area and then behind glove box. Still popping, any suggestions?

Recirculation door broken? It will take more than just an actuator. I can't believe a Dodge dealer didn't know that.

The HVAC strategy for years has been that the Recirc will default to outside when the car is tuned off. This is to prevent mildew from humidity from growing on the evaporator (slowing it anyway).

Interesting, I am trying to repair it myself because it is currently out of warranty. I will be cheaper if I could do it myself. All research leads to actuators. Is it a bi@tch to replace that recirculation door?

Now when the heat is on, left side is heat and right side is cold air. Any other suggestions?
