I changed my oil today on my 2010 Ram 1500 ST 4X4. I noticed I was missing the ring from the CV boot where the front right shaft enters the gear box. The grease has started slinging out a little and there is a little more play in the shaft than on the other side. I put a heavy duty wire tie used for HVAC duct work on it for now. My question is how much play should there be? The truck has just over 93000 miles.
