Problem with the display screen

I have 2013 ram 1500 SLT and I just did the 70000 km service
From 3 days ago the display screen start blinking when I switch on the engine, the radio , the phone, the Aux and USB and backup cam all are not working... Just the AC and the temperature switch is working.
In the service they told me that maybe the BCM ( body control module ) affected by the Xenon light I had installed from 1 year ago !!
Any suggestions!!!!?
