I have a 2010 2500 diesel I'm trying to replace gasket in my oil pan I've heard I might need to drop differential since its 4 wheel drive ? But my cross member is in the way .or maybe raise engine to get enough clearence to swap gasket . What's the easiest way to do it yourself? I was thinking maybe permatex gasket maker but I don't think it's the correct way and won't last. Is this true any help or steps to do this would be great thanks .
