Default A TICK that's not the infamous engine one?

I have a 2010 Ram 1500 4x4 with over 80,000 miles... I bought it used from my local dealer when it had just over 50K miles... The only problem I had was the snapping bolt recall that caused a rattling ticking noise but that was fixed so I thought... Soon after I noticed not all the ticking has gone away, that I thought was part of the recall problem... I know what the infamous hemi tick sounds when you start the engine and my truck is fine...

This ticking noise occurs when I'm driving at a speed of 20+ mph and it shifts to a lower cruising gear and the ticking appears (almost like a diesel sound)... It's somewhat faint but you can hear it very well as the noise bounces off parked cars, buildings, underpasses, etc... And this tick goes away as I'm slowing down and goes back under 20 mph and to a complete stop... I've searched all over the internet for similar symptoms, but haven't had any luck... Can anyone help suggest an issue I may be having?

Ticking Sound When Coasting.

There is a lengthy thread with over 200 "Replies" on this site.

I'm told that my truck has it. However, I can't hear it myself because I'm old. Lol.

As far as I know, no truck has ever had a drivability problem, situation, hiccup or break down from this annoying noise.

Please correct me if you have. Otherwise I will keep blissfully trucking on down the road.
