Good evening all. Just bought a brand new Superchips 3845 F5, and went to do the download on the computer, and it updated. Followed all instructions, and when I went to plug it in to the truck, the screen just lights up all white. Nothing else appears on the screen. I even left it like that for almost 30 minutes, and still nothing. Any ideas? This is for my 2013 Ram 1500 Hemi 6spd auto.
