2011 Ram 5.7 Hemi camshaft and hydraulic lifters

I have a 2011 Ram with the 5.7 Hemi. cyl 8 has a stuck lifter and bad camshaft. I'm going to replace the cam with one other than stock. Which one should I go for where I don't have to reprogram? Also do I have to remove the heads to replace the lifters? Any tips or tricks?
