Default 2009 Ram hemi 1500 misfire

Having trouble,

My 2009 hemi 5.7l started to misfire a while back. soon after an oil change. We changed oil thinkging they put the wrog weight in and then the spark plugs thinking that would be it since they had never been changed with over 150k miles on it. The problem continued. We took it to the Dodge dealership and they said the cheapest route to go to try and fix the problem first is to flash the mds, change the spark plugs and clean out the fuel system. They called me and said the truck was ready. pick up the truck and as soon as i put my foot in it same problem cam back. Now they said it could have something to do with the lifters in the truck? SOoo we had the lifters changed in the truck and the problem is still continuing. It only misfires when coming off an idle with the fuel saver light on. If i come off an idle and the fuel saver light isnt on then it doesnt misfire or vibrate. any idea what could be wrong now

Hi Brandon,

I'm sorry to hear about these issues with your truck. Is the vehicle still at the dealership right now?

No i have not taken it back yet. They said bring it back so they can tear through it again but i dont want to have to pay for unnecessary work right now. They have done everything they said to do to fix the problem. So im just wondering if they have done everything. what else could it be?
