Default Heater is getting hot, but blowing cold air

When you turn on the blower my heater blows hot for 5-10 seconds. Then starts blowing cold. Its worse on the drivers side.
If the truck is just sitting and you turn the blower to one of the lower settings it will blow warm. But it cold while driving.
If you turn the blower off for a few minutes the turn it back on. It blows hot for the 5-10 seconds then is cold again. You can do this all day long and it does the same thing
It is a 2010 2500 4x4

Heater core, water pump. Or low coolant.
