Default Nav screen stuck on a 2016 Sport

So last night my Nav screen went to the Nav Map view on its own. It was showing the map in the middle and a white bar on top and a white a bar on the bottom where the other buttons normally would be. Couldn't get it to turn off , even after turning the truck on and off a few times. Anyone have this problem? Luckily I have an oil change scheduled this morning at the dealer.

Hi RAMULAK,

Was your dealership able to fix this concern for you?

Man, there are sooo many radio updates these days. Surely yours has one available. If so, plan on an hour or so to do it.
