Default 5.7 Hemi, rough idle, hesitations on acceleration

I'm trying to figure out an issue with my 2012 1500, 45,000 mile Hemi. Started noticing an intermittent rough idle and now am losing acceleration power. Recently did an oil change (no issues) and did plugs not that long ago.

At this point I've pulled all 16 plugs to see if there is any cylinder issues and all are clean. I'm wondering if I might have a vacuum leak or (gulp) valve issue. Here are a couple vids of the fuel trim readings and also the vacuum gauge. Any suggestions welcome, haven't tried to locate a vacuum leak just yet (carb spray or propane gas). MPG mileage seems about normal, no DTCs, starts fairly normal, just has a rough idle and hesitates on heavy accelerations (noticeable as of late).
