Default 2013 Ram1500 hemi

I need feedback on a mechanical issue I'm having. In the last 2 weeks, I've started to hear clicking coming from the engine compartment. Only happens when I start up. It lasts a few minutes. Clicking speeds up when I Rev the engine. Thinking it might be a pully but I need other opinions before I do anything.

the back two cylinders on the 5.7 hemi run real hot. Hotter than the rest so they sometimes cause the expansion/contraction to exceed the bolts strength thus they snap.
