have an all stock ram, k/n air filter, would like to eek some more mileage out of her, drive alot of hwy miles 392 gear, 5 speed, auto ...and sometimes rip it up..lol what would be a good tuner??? oh one more question, why would someone wanna disable the MDS on their truck??

MDS changes the exhaust note when active. Drops it an octave.
Some people are bothered by this change in sound, others not so much.
That's the only reason I could see for disabling the MDS.
