Default ECO Mode Jerk

Question regarding the Eco mode on my 2010 1500 hemi. When I drive at around 25mph on eco mode at low rpms, and the eco mode turns off, I get a jerk. Is that normal? Is it just 4 cylinders switching to 8? Thanks!

Well 4 extra cylinders start firing when eco turns off so you possibly could feel a jerk.
