Air ride problem
I have a 2014 Laramie w/ the air suspension.
Had to get it service do to EPIC message, and dealer installed new control module one month ago.
Took it back in yesterday as my driver side bed will lower 3 inches more than passenger when rest over night.
Dealer could not find anything wrong due to no error codes, and system operates fine when truck runs.
Took pictures today w/ tape measure showing the height difference, and called the service manager ask if she, or a mechanic can come by to look an verify the problem.
NO SHOW...GREAT DEALER SERVICE!!!!
HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM HAPPEN BEFORE?

I take in Thursday and leave it.
Called service manager back regarding tech no show, she started a STAR Tech service request.
They responded that the truck need some measurement done at a certain location on the system on both sides.
Then they'll go from there.

Well this is what happened in the last month.
My truck went back to dealer to run a psi test. Found out the air ride compressor was bad and had a small leak. Dealer ordered/replaced compressor and fixed leak. Not 24 hours later same problem driver side rear was sitting lower than other.
Return the truck this week to dealer to check a pressure valve, and sensor. They discovered that when I originally came in for control module failure in Feb. that tech forgot to reconnect fuse that monitor sensors. So hopefully that fixes the problem.
