a friend of mind got ride of is truck a few is years ago and keep is tuner. he had put back the factory programed in the truck before selling it.
he had it on a 2010 ram 5.7 hemi same has me.




I have 2 question


1- he lost the cable to hook it up to the truck so can I buy just the wiring


2- will it work in my truck or do I need to by a license for my vin since it was once used in a other truck

You will need the correct cable for that tuner to connect to your OBD port. If the tuner is unlocked, you won't need to buy a license.

 

how will I know if its unlock?
any idea's where I can find the cable?

 

To check if it's unlocked:

1. Go to the Main Menu.
2. Scroll down.
3. Choose Show Settings.
4. Check to see what the tuner shows next to “Status”.
5. If it shows:
• Installed – the tune is still loaded on the engine computer.
• Not Installed – the tune has been uninstalled and the vehicle is returned to stock.
• Recovery – there is a problem and you should contact technical support.

Probably need to contact the manufacturer to get the correct cable.
