Hello, Posting for a friend so I have little information, I know the RAM is a 2012 with a stock radio, it turns it self off all the time or does not turn on. Picked up a radio that looked correct but was not the right one P05091197AC was the one picked up plugs are the same when the model P05091197AC is plugged in it lights up then shuts off. If you press time it lights up again but nothing works. It will take in a CD and spit it out. Wondering what I should have him try.
