Uconnect app 3G

Have a Ram 1500 2017 and as of 2 days ago the Uconnect App does not get the 3G signal when my phone is paired via Bluetooth. I cannot access the Uconnect Store nor can I respond to Text Message from the car. My firmware is up to date(17.11). Anyone having this issue?
