Default Heater issues

2009 Ram 1500
Heat blows out from right side vents only. After couple hrs on the road, slight air movement on left side but, lukewarm at best. Blend door actuator? Is there another problem maybe?

My money would be on the blend door. I just went through my entire heating system because I couldn't get any heat and after talking to many dodge ram owners, when you get heat one place and not another, it is a blend door. I had a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500, would blow heat to defroster and cabin but would not blow to the floor (freezing feet in the winter) and it was a blend door. Got rid of the truck, too much trouble and money to fix it.

I'm going through the same. Luckily in Florida winters aren't that severe. It's just annoying and of course the warranty past a year ago.

Lucky for you! Mine started this silliness on a day when it was 10 degrees and windy. And ,of course, my wife and her mom were out in it. Good ol "Mum". But, the actuator will be replaced Friday and I'll be the hero again!
