Default Heater issues

2009 Ram 1500
Heater blows out the right side vents, but not the left side. After a bit of time, it slowly starts out the right side, but likewarm air. Floor and defrost both work. Not sure where to start looking. Truck isn't a Laramie, no auto climate control. Last summer, I replaced the evaporater coil(DYI) and had no issues at all. Just started this a few days ago.

Could be the flap inside the vent that controls where the air flows. That would be the first place I would check.

Was your truck ever in for the blend door reprogramming/replacement recall? There was a recall years ago for an issue with the way the blend doors operated that could break them.

Thats good advice, and thanks. But, I'm not sure which actuator controls that. Seems like there are 3 actuators on the heater box. One just behind the control panel and cpl more behind the glove box. I guess I just dont know which one to dig in to

I'm pretty sure its going to be an actuator problem, but I dont know which one. Arent there 3 of them? Do you know which one would control the air flow direction?
