Default tire sizes

Ive got a 2014 dodge ram crew that I put a 3 inch level kit in last year. This year looking to add a 1.5 inch body lift. My question is, what size tire can I run without them looking too big for the truck ? Currently looking at the 305 70 17 or the 315 70 17. And yes i do have aftermarket rims that are -12. Any advise would be great.

I've got a 12 bighorn, put 20' 33's on with a 3' suspension lift. Still does not fill the whole in my opinion. It did 3 things, my mileage per gal went to hell, drives like a bus and the ride is VERY rough.
