Hi I wanted to come here because now that I finally paid off my first vehicle I wanted to change some things.

I have a 2009 Dodge RAM 1500 4.8L SLT
I was looking for suggestions on whether lifting or leveling is better and what I should be looking for when approaching this, I've googled and searched but can't really make a determination based off pictures
I would also like to know if it is possible to switch from the chrome bumpers to matching color bumpers along with changing out door handles and side view mirrors

I would appreciate any help from someone with a similar truck or knowledge of it

Thank you

Leveling or lifting is all personal preference. All my trucks are leveled or lifted as I do go off-road and need the bigger tires. I have also regeared. So it's really all up to you! Yes you can change all of the chrome to color matched, just but it and swap it.

Ok, I was just curious if the coil springs or puck inserts were better and would you happen to have a site where I can find the matching color bumper and stuff? I've looked and only find the black work truck style ones

Ebay is your best bet. If not you may have to buy the "unpainted" also called bare bumper and have it painted to your color. Also the could will give you a better ride and more flex imo but more costly
