A buddy of mine is interested in this truck. Now, my thinking is if you get a full size truck, it should have a V8. I have the 3.6 in our Journey. Great engine for that vehicle. Anyone have one that can chime in on how this engine performs in a full size platform?

If the goal is to just have a pleasure vehicle that never hauls anything more than a 4 wheeler, I don't see a problem with the V6. If he wants a work truck, I think he should look at another rig.
