Default 2017 dodge 2500 5.7 hemi question

I have a 2017 dodge 2500 4x4 with 5.7 hemi . When I accelerate I get this diesel/ chirping noise . I can get up to 60 and put it in neutral hit gas and noise is gone . Only when it goes thru gears after 20 mph. Is there a additive or is it a torque converter or transmission issue. I tried a search and didn't see anything. My shop has no idea where it's coming from . But can here it and its loud , they thought it was exhaust leak
