Default 2011 5.7 oil pan gasket headache!

Oil pan gasket...
had leaks at the corners, snug down pan and it helped but never stopped. So I got new pan and gasket.
pulled old, and it looked 100% A. O. K.
but I installed the new anyway. Torqued at 109 in/lbs and in the correct order. Retorqued after some use, and the issue remains but worse!
I'm sure it's the pan and gasket, its clean everywhere above. It's a very clean engine..
its mahle gasket.
should I pull and apply "The right stuff" sealent ar the corners?
tips?
thank you

Are you sure it's leaking from the gasket area and not above the oil pan, running down the block, puddling at the oil pan, and flowing over at the corners?

It sure doesn't seem to be.. in going to try to get a better look at the crankshaft seal. Powder it or sonething.. but everything is really clean and dry above the pan.

If you already have a "black" light UV light you could use some of the UV dye for automotive oil, then look for the highest point that glows after you've driven several miles. That's probably easier to use than a powder.
