p108c code

Default p108c code

2015 ran 1500 with a code p018c code, Is this truck safe to drive?? My daughter in law is picking up the truck tomorrow and the check engine light came on today.

It's a fuel pressure sensor code. It may be hard to start, sluggish to start and/or result in poor engine performance. Safe to drive? How is it currently running?

Clear the code and see if it comes back. If it's running ok, should be safe to drive. I don't guarantee anything though.

I used my code reader and it brought up the po18c code and it read non recognizable code

I didn't have time to mess with it so I took it to a local mechanic and he replaced the fuel pressure censer for $216.36 which I didn't think was to bad, the dealer quoted me $85 for the part. I would have went for it myself but was afraid that it might be another problem and I would run out of time. Thank's for the help!
