Diesel preheat issue
My 2013 CTD 3500 has been going into diesel preheat before starting for several weeks now for the initial day's start, even when it is in the 70's like this morning. Once started, it does not do it again until the next day's inital start up. I asked dealership to diagnose and correct twice now and they have either ignored my request or didn't know how to fix it. Any ideas?
