Does it go away after it warms up, or does it stay just as loud? Could be exhaust manifold leak, or it could be a lifter tick. Both problems have arisen in my dad's 2012 1500 5.7. Start cheap and have the exhaust checked, but if that doesn't work it may be time for new lifters.
