Which modem of Ram do you have (1500, 2500, etc.) and which engine does it have?

Have you checked for fuel, spark, and compression? Did this happen out of the blue or have them maybe been symptoms leading up to this no-start condition? The more information you can provide, the better chance the forum will have of providing helpful suggestions.

The fuel pump is not running when you turn the ignition on. I took the throttle body off and it didn't look bad at all. The fuse to fuel pump is fine. I have not checked for spark or compression.

It is a 2009 dodge ram and it just turned over to 400,000 kms and has been running great with no issues.

I'd suggest checking for power at the fuel pump directly. If you have power to the pump but still no fuel pressure (and you're sure there's fuel in it) it's probably time to replace the fuel pump and filter assembly. You could also try tapping on the fuel tank a few times to see if you can jostle the pump in to working temporarily to help justify condemning the fuel pump.
