In the SSV (Special Service Vehicle) upfitter's guide there is a wire available providing 12VDC when transmission is out of PARK. It is supplied via a harness from a VSIM (Vehicle Systems Interface Module) which, I believe, is basically just connectors providing wires for this, and other outputs.

I am trying to find this output's location when the VSIM is not present in the vehicle, as it is in the SSV package.

Can anyone assist with a schematic or direction to find this output?
