Default Dash removal

Is removing the dash about the same as in a Gen 2 truck? If I have to pull it back to replace the evaporator & heater core, is it any easier than previous generations?

I am curious to know too. The second Gen appears to be a lot of work but not a bad task at all. My second Gen still has the original cores. It's a drag you are having issues with your fourth Gen. My fourth Gen AC, a 2011, is still kicking good although it's low mileage. A quick youtube search pulled up this four part video. After a brief view of part one and two it appears to be more involved than a second Gen but still not too bad.
