Default Door Lock Issue 2009 Ram 2500 Quad Cab

Bought the truck new in 09. Never a door lock issue till two weeks ago. Fuel pump went out (282000 miles) and I let the Dealership replace it along with a plug change and fuel system service. When I picked up the truck the door would not unlock with either FOB. Both are original Factory. Opened the door with my key and hit the drivers door unlock button to open all doors. Nothing happened. Doors would not unlock. Tried to lock the doors with the switch and the drivers door would not lock. Started the truck and drove it around to talk ot the service rep. Doors locked when I started moving forward as normal. Hit unlock when I stopped and all 4 doors unlocked. Played with the switch a few times and realized that as long as I was in the drivers seat the door lock on the drivers door will lock and unlock all the doors. If standing outside with the window down reaching in or with the door open nothing happens when hitting the switch to lock or unlock. Service Rep looked at me funny and told me they did nothing that would cause that. Maybe the TIF is going bad was his comment. Like I said earlier everything worked fine prior to the dealership working on the fuel pump and doing a tune up. Any ideas?

Could the fob battery be weak?

Two Fobs. Did try another battery, no joy. If it was the battery it would not explain the other issues I do not think. Have a friend who is a old MOPAR car guy. He knows a guy at another dealership who is going to see what he can figure out.
