Exclamation Fault Generated Codes - Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to view my issue. I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Litre Hemi. At first driving off the lot no issues, but it was while driving it about an hour on the highway issues started occuring. While driving I noticed the engine light came on and the Low Fuel gauge went to E right away. I did some searching on YouTube and found a video where they talk about the sensor and how it effected the readout. I called the dealer and informed them of the issue I was having. The dealer said to bring it back and they would have a look at it. While driving it back to the deal ( an hour away ) I now noticed the tire PSI indicators were going off. I got to the dealership safely and explained that the Fuel indicator is going to E and also that the tires were showing very low PSI. They took it into the garage and performed the repairs. I understand to fix the fuel indicator problem they would have had to dropped the tank and fix the sensor. For the tires, they said they took off the tires and replaced the sensors. I get the truck back, and drive it an hour back home. No issues and no indicators now. The next day I went to work and while driving to work, I heard a ding and saw on my dash the fuel cap was not all the way on.... The engine light also came on. I pulled the truck over and turned off the truck. I then checked the gas cap and it was on tight and firm. I then got back in the truck turned it back over and the engine light appeared again and the gas cap light appeared again. After work the next day, I decide to run the Torque Pro app on the truck. The codes that appeared are attached to my thread. I drove the truck to a shop because I am currently buying 4 new tired, getting a oil changed, and new wipers. The guy at the shop said I should run a smoke test first to see if there is any leaks occurring. I appreciate you all looking over my post and helping me with moving forward. I love this truck very much, and I feel like the previous owners did not put much TLC effort in taking care of it. Again, thank you all for your help and hopefully you THE EXPERTS can help me move forward on the next steps to take. Again, I attached the Fault Codes to the thread. Thank you for your time.

How many miles on the truck? Keep an eye on that misfire code. Could mean a bad lifter / cam.

Hi,
So now I just got it back from its oil change and new tires put on. I am going to post the Torque Codes now. The miles are 72,000. I hope the information I provide is helpful

Thank you for taking the time to review the log. Now the codes are different from earlier. No engine light on now, but correct me if I am wrong but it seems now to be pointing to all the EMISSION based items. Also I found a hose that looks a bit odd and it looks like someone cut this hose. Here is a photo below.

Looks like a cut hose...not sure what its trying to go to.

Update : So I was reviewing some of the other forums, and they said to disconnect the positive battery cable. I did this and the gas cap notification disappeared. I am not sure if this is a band aid fix or is this a perm fix?? Your help is appreciated.
