I have a Ram 1500 (2014). Sirius & Bluetooth have always worked and I love the truck. All of a sudden, I started my truck last week and neither work. If you click Radio and then Sirius, the button lights up orange when you touch it then doesn't go to Sirius. Same thing with bluetooth, you click the button and nothing happens. I assume the ucoonect is connected to these two things since neither work. I didn't realize how much I depend on both of them. PLEASE HELP!

 

2014 RAM now June 2019... Uconnect will start, sometimes like normal immediately, sometimes after a minute, sometimes after 2 minutes. Once I had to shut down and it restarted. When it is NOT on no climate butttons are on or work... then Uconnect turns on and buttons work.I had a slight wiff of burned electrical like a cap burnt. How do I get into this unti to look at it?

Anybody have info on refurbs for this unit?
