Default Wrong key fob.

So let me start off by saying this is my 2 Ram truck first on was a 1994 1500. Now I wave a 2013 Ram which was working great. To make a long story short, I work for the government. I went on a deployment and my old lady lost both my key fobs. I was mad but not the end of the world.I will take it to the deslership and they will reprogram two key fobs I got. So I've have it towed there And they call me later that day and say the truck keys have been reprogrammed. I Pick up the truck take it to the gas station to get gas. Went to Start it no key fob detected error. Can't lock or unlock doors roll up the window anything. Had it towed back to the dealership. Order another fob Called me a few days later said it was ready. Went back to dealership. Went to start it at dealership no key fob detected again. Nothing work doors ect. The dealership has now had my truck for over a month. Called them today They said they're trying one more part and if that doesn't fix it they don't know what to do. Basically I'll have a $25000 paperweight Any help would be great.

Angry 2013 Ram truck

I Also have a 2013 Ram truck.,. Bought new from the dealer. The key stopped working at 100K miles. I used another key and drove it to the dealer I purchased it from.. I now have the same problem 3k miles later. The problem was supposed to be fixed with a recall. Any way to eliminate the sensor and just use the key like any other old truck? I do not feel the dealer has any idea what he is doing.

I understand that WIN stands for Wireless Ignition Node. The print-out for the part which was replaced says the following: Diagnosed and replaced the ignition node- programmed two new keys supplied by customer and one original key-tested all 3 keys operating as designed. Part number for this ignition node is 68395133AA. Description is "Switch, Ignition. Cost was $107 for the part (not including labor). Do you know if the WIN you replaced is a different part than the part I replaced?
