If they are the same size bed and they both do or don’t have the ram boxes is should fit. I don’t think the beds have changed dimensions over the years for the 4th gen rams.
Yes they are the same size beds without ram boxes I just wasnt sure about the tailgate I know mine has decent lip on it wasnt sure about the older ones
