In February I bought a new 2018 Ram 1500 with the 8.4 uconnect stereo system. Shortly after the stereo glitched and wouldn't let me access several apps and such. I took it in and the dealership updated the software. After that I have noticed sort of a slip when listening to music over bluetooth, I would describe it as static on a vinyl sound. 2 weeks agonI took the truck in again and they updated the software again. It immediately got worse so I called them up and they ordered a new radio of the truck. Yesterday I had the new radio installed and it is doing the same thing. I called them again and they tell me they are going to need to talk to their engineering department to find a solution.
My question is has anyone else experienced this and hoof so what was the fix?
