Egr failures

Well close to a year ago I had truck in for EGR valve failure and got it replaced under their special extended for it. (FCA had tons of failures with them). Well I will be taking it in again. Same P1404 code plus a P0404 code (probably related to EGR code). Anybody else running in to this. Truck is 2012 ram 1500 w/4.7 4x4.
