Default 2016 ram bighorn

Bought truck in April and after several weeks started hard down shifting from 2nd to 1st' took to dealer and was determined that transmission valve body needed replacing. Drove truck about 3 weeks with no problems then hard down shifting returned. Took back to dealer and replaced transmission. Drove several more weeks no problems and now hard shifting is back. I still have some warranty left and like the truck. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what actions were taken to,solve problem?

Hi Bhunt,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this concern with your truck. If you decide to continue working with your dealer for this matter, please send us a private message. We would like to have this documented and have a case escalated in your behalf so a Case Specialist can work with your dealer to help find a potential solution.
