Replace lifters and cam?

It's dry lifters, they need the oil pressure from the pump then they quiet down, all engines do it after sitting for prolonged periods. I've checked my manifold bolts fingers crossed so far so good, I keep an eye on them every 3,000 or so miles I take a peek while I'm changing the oil.
