Default 2012 5.7 hemi 8cyl rebuild ran perfect now stalled and wont restart

Exactly what I said. The motor was missing/spitting & spuddering when I pushed the gas to accelerate or if I was hauling a load (camper/boat).Code came up as cyl 2 misfire. Changed the camshaft, lifters, springs, timing chain. Got it back together and it ran for abt 1/2 hour to 45 min and drove perfect. still had the cyl 2 misfire code that wouldn't clear out. Disconnected battery, tried resetting it again and took it for another ride and it stalled and wont restart. It turns over, gets spark but wont start. Hit it with starting fluid, nothing. Towed it home, the code now reads P0340 and says camshaft position sensor a bank 1 circuit malfunction, so I replaced the camshaft positioning senor still wont start, so I replaced the crankshaft senor, still wont start. checked all the wires and everything is attached and seems good. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm at a loss!
