Unhappy 3500 dually Constant dead battery after alarm sounding incident

The alarm was accidentally triggered from the fob from inside a pocket. The same fob was not able to turn off the alarm and a second fob did disarm it a couple minutes later. Since this incident, the battery has been dead several times. No lights have been left on, no doors open, no keys in the ignition... what could be causing this?
