Angry 2012 RAM 2500 5.7 Hemi crank but won't start has no spark

My wife came home at night parked the truck in the middle of the driveway. I came out the next day to move it over and it cranks but will not start.
I've checked the following
It has no codes
Battery tested good
ECU swapped programmed but still no start
Cam and crank sensors brand new
Has 58 psi in fuel line, pump engages and stops once fuel pressure is hit
Cleaned all grounding location under hood and in the wheel well
Replaced throttle body still no start

The one thing I have found is it has no spark tested with gap extension spark tester
Please help me!

So I've narrowed it down, the relay on the ASD is not working correctly if I apply 12 volts to pin 68 of the relay it starts, but the relay didn't appear to fix it after I replaced it.

It sounds like the ASD is working correctly (assuming you actually applied power to terminal 86, not 68) but the PCM is not triggering the ASD relay to close and power up the ignition coil, injectors, and fuel pump. I'm not as familiar with FCA vehicles as I am with some other makes, but I'd suspect that either the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor or camshaft position (CMP) sensor is in not providing the appropriate signal to the PCM. Did you happen to notice if the tachometer was reporting the engine speed when you jumpered power to terminal 86?
