Default 2011 ram 1500 windows ghosting

My trucks windows are opening on their own, and the truck is unlocking. This just started after a oil change. I changed the driver controls and now have taken all the key fobs apart .

Hi John,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing this concern, we certainly understand why this would be concerning. If you end up addressing this with your local Dodge dealer, please let us know via PM. We'd be more than happy to provide you with an additional layer of assistance for that process.

Take the battery out of the remote you typically use. Use your blade key to open door for a few days. Remote will still start truck don't worry. See if this still happens. Sounds like Express is being triggered by a funky remote circuit board.

The goober loobers might have gotten oil from their hands into your remote. Seen it happen dozens of times...

I could see the door locks but how would the fob trigger the windows?

There is an 'express window feature' built into the keyfob that will lower the windows, so TNtech is probably correct.

the express window feature is activated by the window switch not the fob.

That's called the "auto-down feature". The express windows feature is activated by the key fob. See user guide page 9.

I will have to try that.

all I could find was this for a 2011.

EXPRESS UP/DOWN WINDOW FEATURE

Express operation is time-driven. If the window button is pressed for more than 50 milliseconds but less than 800 milliseconds, the window motor activates express operation. The smart motors will ignore any switch input lasting longer than 15 seconds. Vehicles may be equipped with either express down or express up and down.
