2500 Stuck in 4WD

My 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 switched itself into 4WD the other day and the selector **** is in 2WD. If I turn it to 4WD it goes into 4WD low. Turn **** to 4 WD low and nothing changes. Any help is much appreciated.
